very basic

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. This place is in a high rise with units rented out by owner or a company owning these units. It is extremely basic, bedrooms, towels, sheets, blanket and full kitchen. Wifi is ok but no cable TV, there are 9 or 10 basic channels. Everything is old and dated.

It was a horrifying experience staying in Oxford Furnished Apartment for one week. Telephone not working, dirty bed sheets & covers, we had to wash and dry before sleeping on the beds. Carpet were not vacuumed. We had to purchase new toilet mats, towels, washing soap. Vacuum cleaner not working. Towel rack broken. Bath room tile broken causing water leak and the Apartment superintend blamed us and switched off the water. Nobody replied to our calls and email. Lady who checked us in, collected cash $ 50 from us for housekeeping and disappeared on day one. My holiday was ruined and my wife and kids were extremely disappointed. Hope no one else suffers the way we did.

HORRIBLE- dirty - not deluxe - not fully furnished

HORRIBLE; Address wrong on listing when I booked. It was shown as 355 Webb but it was actually on Duke of York 5 days before my check in I started getting emails that were copied to me and expedia asking for payment of the amount that Expedia paid for the booking. I spent all week emailing them and calling Expedia to sort it out. Turned out they were to charge expedia on the day I checked in and they tried to charge expedia 5 days early. Got there and it was disgusting: Not cleaned, dirty dishes and placemats and cutlery, no sheets, just mattress cover (clean) and dirty cheap comforters. Dirt and old socks under the couchs, couches were horrible and uncomfortable. No decent window coverings, pieced together blinds and sheets on windows. Beds uncomfortable/ pillows old flat and drool stained. Paint needed, holes in walls where shelves had been pulled out. Light bulbs blown in closet and living room. No face cloths or hand towels, not enough bath towels. No sink stopper so we could wash dishes properly. Mirrors and glass table tops looked like they had been wiped with a dirty dish rag - the dirty dish rag was hanging in the kitchen Only 1 parking spot, there were 4 of us in 3 cars total so 2 cars went to public parking. Had to buy facecloths, towels, linens and cleaner and paper towels. DISGUSTING....not happy......unprofessional and stressful experience. Some info on a piece of paper on the back of the door with stuff scribbled out and written. DO NOT stay here.

I didnt stay there. It was dirty, unhygenic & booked somewhere else instead. The agent didnt turn up till 7pm even though we were suposed to meet her at 4pm. I would not recommend to anyone

Not as shown and expressed, private flat .

Be careful , this is a private person renting his apartment. So dont be be fool by the given foto. More over Heating was not working, curtains were broken , telephone never worked. I have had to wait 2 hours to get in to apartment.
