"The grounds are absolutely stunning, we had a riverside room and it was pure paradise! Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. There's an excellent hiking trail throughout the property as well as a guided tour available across the suspension bridge into the park. Highly recommend this place for bird watchers and jungle enthusiasts alike!"

We had dinner at the hotel because it is not a walkable area and getting in an out of the roundabout is a bit confusing. Dinner was excellent. The Censes restaurant left lots to be desired and the logistical mishaps of the front desk charging and lost and found procedure was a bit exhausting…. It was so hot in my room while I was trying to sleep. This is the first time I am writing something like this about a hotel. I will not stay at the Intercontinental or any International ever again because of this. It was very frustrating!!!"
