We'd like to return next time we're in San Jose. The quaint charming courtyard pairs well with the rooms. The service was great! Friendly and helpful. The only negative is the lack of free car parking.

The hotel was hard to get to due to location and traffic and there was no facility parking, but the hotel was very quaint and authentic to the country. We loved the courtyard dining area. The staff was very nice and cordial. Our room and bathroom were small but the beds were comfortable. We were only there one night to fly out the next day.

A great little place in Alajuela with wonderful tucked away rooms off a small courtyard and the best staff. When we had to cancel at last minute, they were so gracious, and when we arrived for a second visit we found the place tranquil and serene. The access to the airport is very good via taxi as well.
