"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. "We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"Property was great for our mini break, all lovely and clean. Chris the owner introduced himself when we arrived and was very helpful. Towels were supplied as were some tea, coffee and some milk and toilet rolls. There is plenty of parking, which is ideal. Obviously with the whole of the Torbay area; it is hilly. The Clydesdale is mid hill area, and doable and we also found an easy walk around route. But if we were 40 years younger the direct route would have been a breeze!!!! Location is...
