The hotel is beautiful, not big, not small. People are very attentive. Daniel, the general manager is on top of every detail and makes sure we feel like at home. One of the most pleasant stays.
The most amazing this of this hotel is their peopel. So attentive and service oriented. We were very comfortable during this week of stay, as we were in the first week. Thank you very much to Daniel, the manager, and all the staff, they were wonderful to us.

Expedia mentioned "free airport shuttle" so I called the property and they rejected to pick me up, claiming they were busy. I asked when was the earliest time they could come and they gave me a time but said they would charge me (considerably more expensive than a regular taxi). I asked to speak with the manager and they kept me on hold for 17 minutes, after which they told me the manager was not available and simply hung up.
Room was old, too simplistic, and without ANY equipment. The A/C was very old and the heat did not work. The hinges on the shower's door were very loose which had me worry the door could fall and injure me or my son.
When I asked for basic toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush), they said they only had stuff for sale but they were out of toothpaste anyway.
Not precisely what you expect from a Courtyard location. Definitely not coming back.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY. I PAID FOR THE ROOM SEVERAL DAYS AGO, AND I SHOW UP TO FIND OUT THAT THE HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED AND THE STAFF COULD CARE LESS…AFTER OVER AND HOUR OF WAITING THEY ARE FINALLY TAKING ME TO A HOTEL MUCH FARTHER AWAY AND HAL THE PRICE…..
The property is nice, however, we chose the hotel specifically for the airport transfer. We could have had an equally nice hotel experience elsewhere for much cheaper but we wanted the airport transportation. We were not informed until we went to schedule the transportation that they apparently do not have transportation. We were frustrated as airport transport was listed as an amenity in our reservation paperwork.

No valet receiving the car. Walking from parking in the rain is terrible.
They closed the hotel and gave me room at another hotel that was far from airport and I had to pay for a taxi to get there. Bed was hard and not confortable
The hotel apparently is closed for the season the manager let me know by email the day after the hotel is closed that we now have to go to the Tollocan hotel. The tollocan hotel is much further away from our destination and the traffic to get there is horrendous and quite frankly quite dangerous to even get into the parking lot having to cut across 4 lanes to be able to reach the parking lot. The hotel was also under renovation had to use the staff elevator because they closed the main lobby. There wasn’t a full menu for breakfast. No room service. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. If I had known all of this I would have considered using a completely different service. Why let someone book when the hotel will be closed as well as say that the rooms are almost sold out when you have a whole hotel almost available.
Este hotel esta terriblemente anticuado. Los pasillos hacia las habitaciones estan faltos de ventilacion, muy maltratados. Los baños de las habitaciones estan demasiado sucios, dañados. El lavabo de mi habitacion no tenia tapon en el resumidero y el olor en general del baño era a drenaje constante. El piso de la regadera muy sucio y los vidrios de la misma totalmente llenos de sarro. La habitacion en si, se ve que la han remodelado pero los baños ni los tocaron.

Me extraño mucho que por la categoría de Hotel que es no tenga servicio cuartos, si se puede pedir de cenar o de comer, pero hay que salir del cuarto bajar al restaurante a recoger la comida y regresar a la habitación. Por otro lado, al encender la calefacción, olía espantoso.
