"This was an excellent apartment style room for us, family of 4, for our stay in Edinburgh. It had everything we could need and location was pretty good, 15 min walk or so from many sites. The one negative was that the listing for the room claimed 2 King beds while the room itself had Queen beds, not King."

It is right next to Edinburgh University and so convenient to everything you could ask for on your visit. "We love this hotel and have stayed many times. It has a good secure car park. The staff are lovely and we have been luck to get upgrades, the last one being room 8. Andrew is on reception is great and is so friendly. It is handy to visit our daughter who lives 20 mins walk away. The area is lovely with plenty great restaurants and shops. Edinburgh centre is a nice walk and it’s on the bus route also"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was so so. Slanted floors, creaky doors, walls very thin. I could hear the baby crying in the next room and hear our neighbors doors shutting. Breakfast was pastries, coffee, juice only everyday."
