"I booked this hotel because it listed as a 3 star hotel. However it much likes a hostel rather than a three star hotel. The room is a little dirty, especially the curtain. The bathroom was shared with other guests and locate far away from the room and is small. No shampoo is available. No dryer. Taking bath is not convenient. The room is near the entry doors and breakfast room. Morning is a little noise. The TV is extremely small. The hotel is too expensive comparing what they can provide. ...

"It was a nice stay for just a few nights. If I had been there more than three nights I would have asked to stay in a new room. There was mold on the. Bathroom walls and a little spider that hung out with me the entire time. The bed had a musty smell to it that I couldn’t get past."

"We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm."

"This was the PERFECT location and setup for us as a family of four with two kids (young enough to sleep together on a pull out couch). It was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We could have used a fan a few times since we were there during a heat wave, but that was the only issue!"

"The Four Sisters was a unforgettable experience I would recommend. The location is convenient to the historical sites and museums of Edinburgh. We were fortunate to be there during the local canal festival and were able to learn more about the area and join the community. The staff was helpful and just a text away. The plumbing is a bit tricky but you are on a boat and once we got the hang of it, there were no problems"

"I had a very enjoyable stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, modern, and clearly cared for to a high standard. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was very good with a great selection to start the day.
