"The Four Sisters was a unforgettable experience I would recommend. The location is convenient to the historical sites and museums of Edinburgh. We were fortunate to be there during the local canal festival and were able to learn more about the area and join the community. The staff was helpful and just a text away. The plumbing is a bit tricky but you are on a boat and once we got the hang of it, there were no problems"

"Somethings doesn't add up. The rating and pictures don't match the experience. First of all, this is not a traditional aparthotel where you check in and stay in that building. Staycity Edinburgh seems to have purchased residential apartments all surrounding the check in office. You may end up having to walk around the corner to your "block". Signage indicates residents may also be living in the same blocks that you are staying.

"This hotel is in a great location for exploring Edinburg. The rooms are small but clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We did have a problem with our air con and it was surprisingly warm in the city for April. The staff sent someone to look at it f provided a fan to cool down the room. Breakfasts were buffet style and were a little crowded. The food wasn’t anything I’d rave about, but it was decent and there was plenty of it. "The property was in a fantastic location to explore the city. The apartment was large with ample room for our family if 4. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen area also had everything to get us started (a few more glasses would have helped). We were very pleased with the accommodation and having somewhere to store our bags before and after was also very welcomed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. "
