"I booked this hotel because it listed as a 3 star hotel. However it much likes a hostel rather than a three star hotel. The room is a little dirty, especially the curtain. The bathroom was shared with other guests and locate far away from the room and is small. No shampoo is available. No dryer. Taking bath is not convenient. The room is near the entry doors and breakfast room. Morning is a little noise. The TV is extremely small. The hotel is too expensive comparing what they can provide. ...

"It was a nice stay for just a few nights. If I had been there more than three nights I would have asked to stay in a new room. There was mold on the. Bathroom walls and a little spider that hung out with me the entire time. The bed had a musty smell to it that I couldn’t get past."

"Large rooms, clean great amenities! Staff were super kind and even walked us personally to our room. Only downfall is we didn’t realize there were 5 properties so we were a little bit further than expected from the dropped pin of their reception but it was lovely just the same. "The Four Sisters was a unforgettable experience I would recommend. The location is convenient to the historical sites and museums of Edinburgh. We were fortunate to be there during the local canal festival and were able to learn more about the area and join the community. The staff was helpful and just a text away. The plumbing is a bit tricky but you are on a boat and once we got the hang of it, there were no problems"

"I had a very enjoyable stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay.
