"Once we checked in into our room, the air conditioning was blowing hot air. I’ll talk to the staff multiple times and they told me to open the window and open my door. Once I got a fan up to my room, everything was still hot and the problem was solved to deal with this for five days. I think the hotels just trying to go as cheap as they can. Because even the breakfast sucked. For the amount of money that I spent for both rooms I think it should’ve had working air conditioning or even got it to get fixed , instead of giving me a fan and telling me to open my door and my window was unprofessional That’s all I can say about that. "

"Waitress at Japanese restaurant spoke no English and was slow to serve drinks, refill, etc Food was expensive and only average compared to other much cheaper restaurants within building complex."

"Close to station, front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. There is coffee in the lobby as well as complimentary water or juice. The room is small but had a washer/dryer, small refrigerator, microwave and hot pot in the room. The surrounding area has a lot of shops and restaurants. Reasonable rate."
