The room is very very small and historic hotel. You have to tidy up your luggage on the bed. I got up on before 6 a.m. because person who stay in the next room was continuously sneeze in the room, and you can hear clearly. But the house keep is very well.

The room is a bit small but very comfortable. I got an issue using the machine for check in so I went to the counter. It was a blessing because they had a room with the good foam mattress and the staff asked me if I want an upgrade. This is something that you can only get from an actual person. The bed was really comfortable. I slept well. The room was clean. The upgraded room had free water, coffee, and amenities. The breakfast restaurant in the east tower is also good. They only serve 2 types of breakfast plate, and it is not buffet. Still the food was really good with just enough quantity to be satisfied. They have parking as well for a fixed price for 24 hours. You can take out the car multiple times.

1st floor staff (male and female) were very kind and helpful, but hotel room itself was a bit disappointed. Maybe East Tower functions just as is… I don’t mean that I feel bad.

If you are use to clean rooms, DO NOT STAY HERE. The property, what it has to offer, the location are all excellent. The room itself mine as well be considered a motel. I knew the rooms would be small but not dirty, or looking like they haven’t been upgraded in years. If you are of bigger size, don’t bother. It’s so little the iron and ironing boards are in the hallway to share as there isn’t enough space in the room. The carpets look like they’ve never been cleaned and the walls are just nasty.

I stayed 2/14 and 2/17. I didn’t have amenities on 2/17( I thought that is normal). But I had everything on 2/17. I was happy that it wasn’t vice versa.

Nice Hotel Conveniently Located

We were assigned a room next to the service closet. It looked a bit messy outside at times. My husband thought the bed was too firm. The complimentary breakfast was nice but once a part of the bean salad was still frozen. We thought the complimentary breakfast at Toyoko Inn was better.
