Stayed here with my family of 5. Excellent location - away from Tokyo’s busyness but central to every attraction. The communication was seamless and the check in and out process contactless with ease. We highly recommend this property and will always choose here for future visits.

We actually stayed here last year and came back again because its very comfortable and everything is provided such as kitchen utensils and laundry detergent with washing machine, as part of the room! The beds are very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for a great stay and very family friendly as well.

Compact but comfortable and modern apartment. Great transport links for visiting Tokyo, and plenty of local amenities near the metro station. Would happily stay again on a future visit.

Nice place, air conditioned, elevator. Has a nice little karaoke snack bar called Monchichi,もんちち, just a few steps away. Lots of places to eat nearby, grocery store and many train station entrances nearby. The river is not far and has nice views. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and would stay again if ever we go back to the area.

Wonderful valued stay in Tokyo!

Was excellant stay for family. The room size was much bigger than typical hotel room in tokyo, and the kitchen(microwave, tableware..) was really useful for enjoying night food from convinience store. Everything was neat and clean also with modern western standards. Definitely, it would be one of best-valued stay in tokyo.

Great property for a family of 4. About 20-30 min train to main Tokyo areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku 10 min to ueno area for zoo's and museums. Lots of local parks, bridges and rivers nearby to explore. Food scene is good but if you are foodie may want to venture out.

The area around the property is great and super convenient. Communication with the staff was also quick and great. Only issue was there was a roach found in the restroom which when communicated with staff was dealt with. Other then that the place was clean and everything worked well. This booking was for a group of 4 people.

The location is a bit far from the central tokyo but super accessible by jumping on a train or bus. The staff was very responsive and was able to provide a replacement water kettle. The hotel is close to a cemetery and temple. It is common in japan as the city is very crowded. Overall very spacious and clean.

Great stay for a family of 3!

Great comfortable 2 room bedroom (2 queen beds + separate sofa bed). It comes with a mini kitchen and clothes washer (no dryer). We filled out the self check in info online ahead of time to speed up the process (including passport picture and self picture). No front desk service

Very comfortable

Prime Suite is very well maintained. Everything is super clean in great condition. Host prepared more than enough towels for us since we stayed for five nights. Kitchen has enough plates and bowls too. The location is also great, close to two subway stations. There are a supermarket right next to the subway station. Host makes this suite very comfortable that we feel like at home.

The apartment location was good. Rooms were spacious. Comfy beds. The checking in and out system is not easy. Also the time of checking in at 4 pm is late and as we arrive in Japan in the late morning, we asked to drop our luggage earlier instead of hoing around the city with those but not they did not gives a chance. Instead we were asked to be understanding via email as the room had a damage on the wall coused by the previous guest. A believe that understanding and courtesy, should be reciprocal. More than expected

The room is suitable for family stay. One apartment per floor there's a lot of privacy. Location is good it is 6-8 mins walk from Metro station where you can easily head to different city areas. Local super market and warehouse shopping mall are nearby with great selection of products and prices. Communication with hotel staffs are smooth via LINE and they are very helpful. The only recommendation to hotel is some cookwares are unable to use. Otherwise everything is great! Would definitely consider to stay again for family travelling.

Hospitality was awesome. The host left us lots of towels, bathrobes and all the amenities we could use as international guests- including toothbrushes and toothpastes. The hotel is close to the metro and lots of dining options. The only problems were: 1) the suite was very small. We were 5 travelers and it felt cramped in there. 2) Trash got taken out just once a week. For a party of 5 that needed to eat out regularly (there were limited cooking amenities in the suite), trash accumulated very quickly.
