I stayed here almost a year ago and I guess I could tolerate it. This time, with a small room, uncomfortable bed and pillows, I requested a refund for my remaining nine days. Due to coming here to study, it was imperative to get decent sleep at night so I could concentrate while in a medical clinic. Thanks to excellent customer service from Hotels.com, I not only got a refund but they found me a very comfortable place in Akasaka at MyStays, albeit significantly more expensive. Most hotels have at least one person at the front desk who can speak some English, since Tokyo is an international city. Marroad Inn is very limited in this respect.

Good price and not bad location.
Good price , Good service from front desk. Bit old type of room and facility. Bit far from station but still handy.
Ottima posizione, comodissima per spostarsi con la metropolitana, che dista 5 minuti a piedi. Stanza piccina ma molto carina. Colazione giapponese on point, scarsa la scelta occidentale. In generale un ottima soluzione per qualità-prezzo.
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Typical Tokyo size room, slightly outdated but clean and has everything that I need.
The location is close to Asakusa station and close to restaurants.
Excellent option for the price. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am in Tokyo.
