Great hotel
Great price, location, amenities, breakfast ( pay a tiny bit extra ). Has fridge in room. They provide bottled water daily. Quiet. Washing machine and dryer was on our floor. I can see why this girl has high marks. Plenty of food and shopping across the street.

Cozy and comfortable hotel
The hotel is situated a few minutes away from the station and there is a community support police office (kohban) in front of the hotel! There are lots of shops including a big super market, restaurants and bars near by but quiet at night. The hotel is cozy and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel
Nice area of Tokyo, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby plus train station a few yards away. Good place to stay with everything you need including water, toiletries and even a washing machine. Probably give the breakfast a miss though as there are a couple of great patisseries nearby.

Awkward check-in and check-out
Hotel is comfortable and conveniently located, very close to the JR station. Two things I did not like at all: 1. I arrived at the hotel around 2PM, they checked me in but informed me that I will have access to the room only as of 3PM, their official check-in time. Many hotels have official check-in times, but if the room is available, they let the customers in earlier. The room was available, as they told me that if I wanted to enter it earlier, then this would have cost me 1000YEN. For an international traveller, who has been travelling for ~20h, I found this rather unfriendly. Second thing: on the last day I checked-out at 11AM, according to the hotel rule. I then asked if I could stay some extra 10-15min in the hotel lobby (usually one does not even have to ask for that) which at that time was being cleaned. First they said yes, but after 2-3 minutes they came to me and asked me to leave, because of the ongoing cleaning process. This was the first time I was "kicked out" of an hotel ... I did not find this very friendly either.

Great hotel in Musashisakai
The hotel location is a little outside of central Tokyo, but it is very close to the train station, which is on the very convenient Chuo central line.Everything about the hotel was great - the staff, service, etc. We were very close to the train tracks, but could barely hear the train. We were also able to get a room for 3 people. Highly recommended if you prefer an area that's not so crowded, but still convenient to central Tokyo.

Conveniently located
The hotel is just right next to a Tokyo major train line station at the western edge of the city. There are shopping malls, restaurants (western and Japanese), bakeries, convenience stores all around the area so the location is absolutely fantastic. However to visit most major Tokyo tourist sites, you would need to catch a train from the said station and travel eastward 20 minutes to city center and possibly transfer to another train to your destinations. The hotel is modern and clean, albeit a little small but typical for a Japanese hotel room. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay again.
