We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "Such a beautiful and magnificent place to stay. The pools were stunning, and the room was lovely overall. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although responses through WhatsApp could be quite slow. Unfortunately, the AC in my room stopped working in the middle of the night. I called room service, but they were unable to fix the unit or offer any alternative accommodations, so I had to spend the rest of the night sleeping in a very hot room, which was quite uncomfortable. Another concern was that the floors became extremely slippery after showering, which felt unsafe. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and kind staff, but I hope the hotel improves its response time and how it handles maintenance issues, especially when they significantly affect a guest’s comfort and safety."
