"I really want to like this hotel. It has so much potential but it needs to be shared that they tried to give me a room without AC, and when I asked for a refund because when I book a room through Expedia, I expect to have everything that is listed when I arrive— the miraculously found a room! I just don’t think that’s OK. I think there is a mix of people who really want this hotel to work and people who are just getting a paycheck. I don’t know where Radison stands in all of this because it is their name at the end of the day. It’s a top a beautiful vista. The rooms are spacious and the pool with the little bit of maintenance and work could be spectacular. It is very safe and affordable. However, Every time I go there something goes wrong, and that is what makes me doubt if I will return. Something’s to know: No mini fridge, pool needs to be resurfaced, no store for amenities and because of where it sits once you are there, you are kind of stuck not in a bad way, but in an isolated kind of way. The real kicker is going in a day after my reservation and having them tell me “oh we gave your room to someone else!” I can tell they don’t really like rooms that are sold through Expedia. Those are my two cents again I’m rooting for this hotel, but Radisson needs to do better."
