"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service.
This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "

"Tuvimos una muy grata experiencia, el servicio y la calidez de TODO el personal es de resaltarse. Nos extendieron el check out como cortesia por nuestro aniversario. Aunque es familiar hay un área de alberca de solo adultos, lo cual se agradece si no vas en plan familiar. "

"The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots."

"Beautiful location, pools and rooms. Staff are top tier, very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing resort. Far enough away from PV to be away but close enough to get into town.
Amenities lack a bit, game room is tucked away and costs extra money. The food is average and not the best. Even at the restaurants. Always could find something to eat while at resort but ended up leaving for a nice meal. "
