"What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore."

"The rooms are clean, good size and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Above all, the staff are welcoming, kind and accommodating. They make you feel right at home. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of food to choose from. The food overall was excellent, We would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again."

The air con in the room worked well. The hotel is well positioned for a short walk into the city centre but also plenty in the area around. Will happily stay again if revisit Tirana"

"Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir hatten ein schönes sauberes Zimmer mit neuem Bad mit riesiger Dusche. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir konnten kostenlos auf einem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz parken. Der Hotelangestellte hat sich sicher mit in den Wagen gesetzt und uns gezeigt, wie man hinter das Gebäude zum Parkplatz kommt."

"What's not to like, this hotel is pristine! Not saying there aren't a few flaws here and there, but they were either aesthetic or minor nuissances like the restroom door needing a healthy push for the door to click. The staff was wonderful, the amenities as well. The hotel restaurant is excellent and at a reasonable price. The feel of the hotel is unique. I can't recommend enough!"
