Friendly and helpful staff, but everything other than that is a disaster, rooms have 0 sound proof, you can hear a flush of a toilet from 3 rooms away, not even a glass for toothbrush in toilets, shower and wc at same place so when you shower toilet paper gets wet, toilet door is 0 sound proof, like glass curtain, if you are not a student oi do not suggest you stay here, it's a form

Very central location. Wifi was fast and reliable. I think the AC needs cleaning because there is a slight sour smell every time its switched on.

I informed Hotel in advance I am late check in. Room key was left on the front desk, thus I could enter the room without any problem even I arrived 2am in mid night. Room is clean enough, wifi is fast. Only negative was breakfast, it was not good at all.

Staff was friendly but this is a disorganized hotel. I arrived late and there was nobody in the reception, only a sign to call a number which was difficult since I didn’t have roaming or data, it cost me $5 plus half and hour to get a hold of them. Then, I had to wait for a person to check me in but he couldn’t find the booking so they put me in a cheaper room. I stayed 4 nights and cleaning was done only once. Water was not replenished. Breakfast is cooked somewhere else so it was always in package and cold. Overall, it wasn’t the worst stay but be prepared to ask for water, cleaning, etc. They are not proactive in their service.

Personal sehr gelangweilt, spielt am Handy während sie mit Kunden redet oder die etwas Fragen. Personal raucht in der Hotelbar. Zimmer sind mittelmäßig, das Bad ist nicht wirklich komfortabel. Nachts war das Hotel abgeschlossen und die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, weil das Personal in der Bar zum rauchen gesessen hat. Fazit: Für zwei Nächte gerade ausreichend, ich würde aber nicht wiederkommen. Ich bin mir sicher für das Geld gibt es wesentlich bessere Unterkünfte in Tirana.
