Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Captain Pips is definitely older but it is perfectly charming with great amenities. Definitely go on a Spirit Snorkeling excursions They also have a great gift shop with everything you would need! ! We would stay there again for sure. "
