Modern hotel about 30 minutes from airport. No hot water at night in shower. WiFi is slow. Little restaurant on premises with decent food.

This place is a great deal for your money, loved the covered self parking. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, excited to come back.

NO CHAIRS IN THE ROOM...NO COFFE MACHINE...NO TISSUES...POOR LIGHTING (ESPECIALLY IN THE BATHROOM...TOILET SEAT IS FALLING OFF NICE VIEW IF THE WINDOWS WERE NOT SO DIRTY..BED WAS COMFORTABLE....WAS MISLEAD BY A HIGH RATING WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN...PLUS SIDE: PARKING WAS FREE AND SECURE

Have stayed at hotel multiple times. Approx 20 min from downtown area. I like it for the price, ease of parking and general area. No issues with this stay.

All the staff was very professional and nice …. Felt very comfortable … definitely would go back for the price … the restaurant food needs some improvement.. but overall I like the vibe from the staff…

Lo que más me gusta del hotel es que siempre huele a limpio tiene olor muy agradable el único inconveniente que está retiradito del centro 🙈🙈

The rating for this hotel was high, and that's why I chose it, but it didn't meet the high rating in my opinion. Nevertheless the hotel met my needs.

Overall the stay went very well up until it was time to checkout, the staff seemed very unprofessional and they had a group of friends hanging out talking. I’ve stayed here before and normally I’m only asked for a 100 peso deposit but this time they asked me for 300 pesos cash but told me it would be refundable. When I checked out they would not give me the deposit back and did not give me a reason why. Staff was very unprofessional and seems like I got scammed but felt unsafe arguing for the deposit because of the staffs friends hanging out.

We have stayed on this property several times, and most of them we have had noisy neighbors playing loud music at 1-2 am as well as the mechanic shop next door, they have dogs that bark all night. Also, the hotel was designed terrible, there is no place to put your clothes in the bathroom not even a toilet paper holder. I like the hotel, but not the few things I mentioned before.

People were very friendly, amenable, kind, and helpful with my terrible Spanish. They were patient and helped me understand things and worked with Google translator to answer questions and practice Spanish. They also did a great job keeping the room clean, safe, and secure. Thank you!

Take your own towels and toilet paper. Towels are old and they gave us 1 roll. When we asked for more it took them 45 minutes. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. It needs a paint touch up and new linens.
