This place is more like a hotel. The Wifi did not work. We couldn’t even watch TV. The only thing I liked was the free breakfast.

Cobran cargo extra por todo, que no indicaba en la descripción de la reserva. Y el personal de limpieza fue bastante descortes. No regresaría al lugar, ni lo recomiendo

Hola buen día Maria, sentimos que su estancia no fue de su agrado, pero quiero comentarle que su reservacion era para 2 personas y usted tenia 3 personas en la habitacion, lo cual debe pagar una persona extra, también tenia dos mascotas y eso genera costo adicional por noche por cada mascota y esas políticas están establecidas en la plataforma, también se le comento de unas toallas manchadas y se negó a pagar el daño, No es que se quiera cobrar por todo, con todo respeto es comentarle que es cuidar se esta rentando una habitacion y nuestro compromiso es que tenga buena estancia y darle un buen servicio y atencion.Gracias por enviar su comentario y calificacion se tomara en cuenta para mejoras.

I've been going to this hotel for over 3 years and never had a problem. That was until a recent change in staff, and now if you leave one spec of dirt on a towel they want to rob you of your $30 deposit. If you go there don't use their towels useless you don't mind getting your deposit ripped off.

Misleading!!!!
I was charged a $30 deposit cash upon checking in, even though I had paid in full. When went to the room, I was informed the WIFI was not working and that the TV was not walking, and I jumped into the spa tub I heard a lound knock and was told that the water was leaking to the bottom four floors. I was told not to use the spa tub and this it the reason why I booked it in the first place. I did not want to stay and they offered a downgrade room for the same cost, I told them I was leaving and I was informed that they would not refund me the cost of the room since it was paid in full. Talk about bait and switch, I will rever stay at this place again.

Good morning Martin Romero, answering your email, I tell you, on the platform where you made your reservation, the deposit that the hotel requests is stipulated and this is made at the time of your check in, said deposit is refundable when you check out as long as When everything is fine in your room and there is no damage, this is independent of the payment of your reservation, the reason for the penalty on your deposit of 30 dollars was because during your stay you requested cleaning of your room which was done and the staff was You realized that the towels were misused and stained with paint and they would no longer be used again. The situation was explained to you and that if they wanted to take those towels and you did not accept, they also misused the jacuzzi and had everything full of water, which water reached the Gymnacio and up to the first floor, leaving the suite in very poor condition.We understand that you are upset because you were penalized and the refund was not accepted, but the situation was explained to you, we must be aware that the damages they left in the hotel are greater and no one covered them, because they left without checking out. in the Reception area, without warning and leaving the Suite in very poor condition.We hope you understand that it is a hotel where a room and facilities are rented, where things are not our own and we must take care of them.Thank you.

I won’t ever stay there again .. the TV never worked, there was zero wifi, the window in my room did not lock correctly, the pool closes at 5. I had to get maintenance come to the room about 10 times and never actually fixed the problems with the tv or wifi. The only good thing about it was the breakfast.

Fell short with the following disappointments including; in room jacuzzi did not operate, pool area jacuzzi was not heated, Wi-Fi is difficult to connect and is very slow, the room AC was difficult to operate. The AC remote control was difficult to use. It would be helpful to have instructions regarding the us of the AC system.
