"The hotel room was nice and ours had a jacuzzi which was really enjoyable. The staff seemed pleasant, although they were picky when we wanted to take a banana with us from the breakfast buffet. My main problem is that the hotel was right next to a disco and the floor literally was bouncing up and down on Saturday night. Luckily I had ear plugs and this helped. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The wait time to check in is long. Only one employee at peak check in time. Other workers around but only one works the computer. The pictures advertised online as the room are not the rooms. There are only a handful of those rooms pictured available and you must book directly through the hotel to receive. The ACs went out in the middle of the night. No fix. No options. Only 1 elevator. Takes forever."

"I booked a room with Expedia’s price , but got charged on their price. They offered me small tiny room without, window, table, wardrobe or chair, for five nights, then Fernando moved me to a large room. And that large room smells dogs pee.I requested non polyester bed fabric and blanket for my allergies , but I bear a night with polyester blanket, they use cheaper floors cleaner, so feel headache. They treat the Latina tourist better, They don’t let you know Property is under construction, till you paid. The staff are smiley but not really take care of customers."
