"We’ve stayed here once before and loved it so much that we came back. The property and rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The food at breakfast and in the pool restaurant is flavorful. My biggest complaint was the staff. Besides the pool staff everyone seemed bothered to be doing their jobs. One day after coming back at 5:30 from a boat tour all we wanted was to shower and they haven’t even cleaned the room yet. I don’t need my bed made or any of that but towels would have been nice. When we mentioned it to the staff they pretty much just said oh well. They were busy with a large convention but I don’t think that should affect our overall experience. The service was disappointing this time around but the amenities almost make up for the lack of service. Almost."

"We had a wonderful stay at OSH Hotel in Cartagena! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The location is great and made it easy to explore the city. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and common areas are also beautiful and a great place to unwind after spending the day exploring Cartagena. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at OSH again. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Cartagena!"

"The hotel was in a centralized location to food, shops and the beach. The property was very clean. The staff was hospitable and helpful with recommendations. The room was clean and modern. The pool was also nice."

"As someone who exercises regularly I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of gym equipment available which meant I did not have to search off site for a commercial gym. The pool is also an excellent option for exercise as well. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The variety of animals is a unique experience. Of course Cartagena heat and humidity are part of the experience but one adjusts. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue I struggled trying to figure out the TV setup. No big deal - not in Cartagena to watch TV :) Definitely would visit again and recommend."

"Our stay at Mood Matuna was incredible, largely thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The residence itself is beautiful, offering a fantastic blend of charm and comfort, and the location could not be better for exploring the best of Cartagena. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay/experience!"
