"This property was convenient because it had a bed and a shower, and I left as soon as I could. Honestly it felt like a motel that people used to take someone for a one night stand. Also, they wanted $20 in cash for what I don't know, and said I would get the $20 back at check out. I didn't have cash so I used my credit card for it. Not sure if that was ever reimbursed. If you stay there, bring at least $20 in cash."

I got a five word in-app text AFTER checkin time when I was already en route, no explanation, no apology. Maybe the owner is struggling with their booking system across platforms, but either way, I won’t chance it again. The host was super rude and took no accountability when I expressed frustration."
