"We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Staff were always so friendly. When we requested things such as towels and bath gel, they were brought to us quickly. Breakfast was great; they had a variety of selections and food was tasty. Our room was spacious and clean and we liked that the hotel was located close to the interstate, so it made driving to and from places convenient."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed...

"Someone at the front counter gave my room number to a door dash driver and they came kicking my door going off on me and the hotel refused to move my room after the police came because I had to call them on the ladies scaring my children. Then after talking with the hotel manager in the morning, she showed absolutely no care at all and still would not move my room. "We arrived very tired after a long drive. The first room give to us wouldn’t accommodate my wife’s handicaps. We were given another room. Room 202 was unkempt but the bed was made. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast food was terrible. I reported the broken toilet seat. We visited the Henry Ford Museum. When we came back, the room was non serviced. The toilet seat was still broken. We checked out of the Motel. They charged me $100 fee on my Visa card upon checking in. It...

"The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++"
