"The bed was very hard and I’m used to sleeping on a firm mattress. The sheets were thin. The housekeeper forgot to leave an extra roll of toilet paper and there were no Kleenex. There was coffee in the room but no coffee cups or creamer or sugar packets."

"Thank you for a clean room. The neighbors were very loud may need a little more insulation in the walls. Loud talking and laughing until 11:30 pm back at it at 5 am! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. However I was traveling with my elderly mom and they didn’t have any downstairs room available. She uses a cane so that was a little disappointing. The remote to the TV was very dirty and sticky."

"Office staff for hotel were very professional and helpful. I left my keys behind and they are having them shipped back to me in Salt Lake City. Life savers!"

"Our AC did not work and apparently many others did not either, so the room was quite hot and affected our sleep badly. No help from the front desk. Our cleaning lady eventually brought in an old one that helped a bit and she helped fix the TV which also did not work at first. There was also a lot of noise from backup alarms on work vehicles at this motel and the adjacent ones, many of them going off at 4 AM and waking us up."

"Disgustingly filthy unkept room. Slept in a sleeping bag because the room was filthy. Crime scene tape still attached to entry doorway jamb. Towel rack ripped from the wall never repaired. Dirty, sticky residue on the front and top of the fridge. An ABSOLUTE filthy room. Property not maintained, cleaned or cared for. The second worst place I have ever paid to stay at. In the simplest of terms, NEVER AGAIN. I will sleep in my truck along the freeway before I ever stay here again."
