"The pool is was not useable. There was NO tiki bar and NO restaurant as advertised. Only less than a 1/3 of the building was open. Also there was to be a continental breakfast which they said was unavailable when checking in. The staff was Very UNFRIENDLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL . DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITH EXPEDIA. we left after an hour. And r requesting a total refund. HORRIBLE"

"The hotel is in a charming section of town, a block from the river and within walking distance of Three Sisters Springs and places to eat and rent watercraft. The room was clean, and the staff kind and helpful. The breakfast was basic but adequate. Our only complaint is that the bed was squishy, making it difficult to sleep."
