"The room was clean but there was no shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. The breakfast was better than most with good choices. The dining room was classy; comfortable seating, large room and nicely decorated."

"We arrived and was told our room number. It was 150. We walked in and smelled an odor of mold. After inspection of said room we found black mold on the headboards, walls, bathroom and where the mini fridge and microwave are. We went to 3 other rooms. They all seemed to be better cleaned. However, we were not offered anything type of communication for our troubles. The best part of our stay was Denny's, the pool and the bar."

"This is a cozy and charming cottage. Looks better on the inside than the outside. Loved the dogs and the horses. A bit rustic but I loved it. "

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Inverness and had a really positive experience. Julie at the front desk made check‑in super easy and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. I also appreciated that she took the time to sign me up for the rewards program without making it feel pushy. "My only complaints center around air conditioning. The window unit was not strong enough to cool down the room quickly nor effectively, leading to my 2nd thing that bothers me. When we opened the door to our room at 9pm it was stifling hot, it took hours to even slightly cool down. I don't understand why you wouldn't go in earlier in the day at least and turn the unit on. That said, room was clean and the check in lady was very friendly."
