"upgraded to a suite beach house sandsend excellent thank you.the brasserie food we thought was overpriced for instance we had chicken kyffs compared to a meal deal from m and s at £15 for the same meal which also included veg and a sweet.the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Staff was very welcoming and polite. The room was an utter disaster. Dirty walls, smashed door, ripped ceiling, tilted room especially the beds (our kid felt out of bed so tiled), black spots in bathroom, mismatched furniture, big gap under the door (10cm) and the chairs so dirty we where to disgusted to sit on it. The stairwell smelled of chlorine and the hallway was broken in may places. Also the grand entrance where on the ceiling the paint is falling off only held by spiderwebs. Mayor renovations needed!"
