"The property is undergoing a renovation which caused a few minor hiccups but the professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff made up for any slight inconvenience! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail reception in their new patio area. I can't wait to visit again to check out the new restaurant they're opening soon :) Bravo to Violet and her enthusiastic front desk staff and to F&B Director Ed for delivering true customer service during our stay... Thank you!"

"The building had construction going on but it did not hinder our stay what so ever. The bed and pillows were the best we had experienced EVER! The room air conditioners were AMAZING! We had a Studio room and the couch could have been better. It was not very comfortable. The shower was weird. The glass was only half way covering the opening, allowing water to make a mess just outside the shower. The toilet was tall and very comfortable to sit down on and was easy to stand back up from. The location of the hotel itself was PERFECT! We will return if ever back in the area!!"
