"The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. We did not like that we paid pet fees to take our Shihtzu and on top of that got charged a noise fee which we were not told about beforehand as he would bark sometimes and was more than the original pet fees. Self-parking fees are almost as much as the valet fees. Parking should be included."
