"The staff is very nice so it pains me to write this review. But, the condition of the room was DISGUSTING. We stayed in the Annex as it is dog friendly. It looked like a Motel 6 where they house the homeless. Curtains pushed up against the windows. Stained hallway carpets. Really gross. Bad pillows. We left a day early without a refund...it was that bad. I also got hives due to the chemicals they clean with. On top of it all, the free breakfast was unedible. What is really sad is that this place could be a JEWEL. Such a missed opportunity to create a wonderful hotel."

"While the property was very clean, the ROI was atrocious. I believe I paid $940 for two nights. There was no restaurant, there was no bar at the property. I heard people walking in the room above me with the floor board/ceiling squecking. The breakfast "buffet" was a joke. Finally, insult to injury was the fact that we also had to pay $20/night for the valet parking as the property also did not include self parking. The property was clean w/out a doubt. The rooms up to date. However, the price was in no relation to the amenities. Obviously, I do no mind paying otherwise I would not have booked but I should have better researched what I was getting in return. I have stayed at 5 star properties for this price. Truly shocked that they are able to charge these prices - then again that is on me for not doing a better job researching what I was getting into."

"The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue. The bed was very nice, clean & comfortable and the towels were very clean as well. The staff was absolutely welcoming, accommodating and extremely pleasant. Overall, the rooms need to be maintained/renovated - as I said, I don't think the condition was a housekeeping issue but a maintenance issue. For the price, it's a good stay."
