"I did not use the gym but last time there it seemed pretty nice. The business center is severly lacking but with todays use of laptops and tablets I can see why. But I wanted to print out a boarding pass for my upcoming flight and coudn't."

"I was in town for a wedding nearby and booked this hotel because it advertised free local shuttle. I called ahead to ask for a shuttle from the train station and was told it was not available. I also asked for a shuttle to the wedding venue, and was told that there is someone available, but they do provide transport to other venues… which seemed petty and does not affect the other venue, rather it affects the guest who chose to stay at your hotel and now has to arrange and pay for another ride....

"This is an old property but the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. The woman who runs the place was helpful and pleasant. "

"The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came. The manager never called back when I was told she would call. Unacceptable for the huge price"

"Luke warm water at best. Low water pressure so toilets don’t flush properly very limited parking and overall not very clean"

"The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier."

"We requested a handicap accessible room as I am an amputee and received a room on the 5th floor that had just a rickety metal shower chair as the "accessible" accommodation. I understand that the hotel is being renovated but the room was NOTHING like the pictures online so BEWARE. "

"2nd stay at property. Was really disappointed, compared to one year ago. Put us in a room that could not access luggage carrier..had to go up a stair case, and then down a very long hallway carrying all luggage, leaving bags on carrier (hoping they would be there when we got back.) Sounds stupid, but shower head was so broken could not stay in position; kept drifting down against the wall, so really could not get a descent shower (had to try to squish up against the wall to have water hit...

"It was a wonderful stay plan on going back to stay a little longer it was our first time down in Long Island and the area was beautiful serene. All of us who stood there for a bridal shower that we were attending 5 minutes away agreed on the same it was a lovely place and a wonderful experience that. Definitely planning another trip. As for the hotel I plan on staying at Hampton Inn Suites if they're available wherever we go away"

"There was no was to heat water for tea or coffee. The "complementary breakfast" was in the office: coffee and a granola bar. The evening I arrived the rug by the bed was wet. The place was clean but not in any way welcoming."

"Aaaamazing! This should be on everyones bucket list! The room I stayed in was so comfortable I extended my stay. This is not like a hotel its do quiet and peaceful you feel like you’re the only person staying here and like royalty. Im looking forward to returning in Spring to see how lovely it is with flowers in bloom. I met my knight in shining armor he was standing by the valet parking door. lol took a great picture with. "

"It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty."
