"Stay went as expected. Surprised at the lack of a shuttle. We trammed to the area where we could walk to the hotel. Thank you for the email telling us where to exit the tram."

"The staff were so accommodating. Very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean albeit small, however we had the most amazing view of the eiffel tower, the bathroom was lovely and modern , offering shower gel shampoo body lotion, and a fab rain over head shower plus a hand shower, a decent hair dryer too.. breakfast was great offering croissants pastries meats etc .the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the metro station... (from gard de nord to chapelle change to blanche .. moulin rouge theatre you'll see as soon as you leave the metro.. i felt very safe in the area thousands of people about, ill definitely use chat noir again and highly recommend this quaint hotel..thank you for a nice stay...."
