"First floor room, hallways were dim with a low ceiling so a little claustrophobic and found it was quite noisy. You could hear people banging around, opening doors and moving chairs but I think the sound carries so not just from rooms nearby."

"After reading some of the reviews here I was really afraid to go to this hotel. Because I couldn’t cancel my booking since I booked it few months before when their rating was higher star. But overall our stay was great. They cleaned our room on second day of our stay because we were staying 4 days which was quite surprising. Made our stay pleasant. Also hotel is really convenient. Breakfast is decent with great view. Honestly my advice will be for the hotel management is that, clean peoples room on time and fix hot water problems. Because you guys deserve higher rating. "

"Staff was good and helpful when asked, but room was in poor condition and not as advertised in photos. Our initial room was terrible and smelled strongly of food/cooking, so the reception managed to provide us with a different room which was slightly better but still not good. The bed was low to the ground, no headboard, and mattress was not very comfortable. Overall housekeeping in hotel seemed lacking as there were crumbs all over the carpets in the hallways. One positive is that it’s close to the train station."

"Outdated facility, missing details everywhere (unplugged lamps, missing stirring sticks, leaking windows,...). Reasonably comfortable bed on the other hand. However, the biggest disappointment is the lack of directions for the shuttle pick up location at the airport. They didn't respond to messages, nor picked up the phone to provide information about it. Ended up paying a 12 euros uber to get there. They don't seem to care about what might be their only selling point. Would recommend exploring other options before considering this place."
