"Great room, really strong shower. Loads of plug and USB sockets. Really clean. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Tiny niggles were that the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and the portable fan in the room could do with a clean. We'd definitely stay here again. Great location. 10% off in the pub, what's not to like. "

"The location is great for attending events at the Excel Centre, or nearby areas such as Canary Wharf, Greenwich, etc. It is also convenient because it is right off the Prince Regent DLR station. Just be aware that if you need to get to tourist attractions, many of them are at least 40 minutes away via transit."

"It's a really good place. I had a good stay. The only flaw was the bathroom water did not go down the drain easily and i had to turn off the shower intermittently but other than that, everything was fantastic! Its my second time here, no regrets. "

"The first impression was very welcoming. We were a little early for our check-in but the team checked and said that our room was already prepared. Although the room was small with the twin beds we requested, it had everything that you would need. Very clean and the beds were cosy and comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which was very good value, I would certainly recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return to this hotel and will certainly be telling my friends...

"My husband and I had a lovely stay, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had a drink at the bar in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of seating. Perfect if visiting the o2 as only a 20 minute walk "
