"My room was very small, BUT it was all I needed. Traveling solo this time, out of the room most of the day, no need for extra amenities. Paid less than $100 per day, in San Diego, near all the major sites, excellent deal. Room was clean, staff was most helpful and polite. Very minor complaints ... room could've used a microwave oven, and the bathroom sink was very small (easy to splash water all over, and bump your head on the wall if you're just washing your face). "As soon my partner and I arrived we were greeted by the owners. Very polite. We were early for our room, so the owner offered to put our luggage’s in a room while our room was cleaning. The owner give us great places to go visit. When we got to our room, there was a card, when I open it, it said “happy birthday”. "Room 232 is the room I stayed with my kids and we had a scary experience. First of all the place looks super sketchy. The worst part is on the cabinet next to our beds my 8 year old found a fully loaded magazine she grabbed it and was freaking out. I reached out the expedia because I booked with them and they were no help. The hotel has a kiosk that I didnt even feel safe to go. Definitely Not a place for a family to be in."
