"We went here on a family vacation and it was great! We plan to make it our yearly tradition. The rooms are huge and the water park is amazing for kids and adults. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. My only critiques would be that the master bedroom in our suite ran much warmer than the rest of the condo and our ice maker didn’t work. Also, ordering a drink at the pool bar took a very long time. There was a server at the pool but she never came back to us so we just ordered through the bar which appeared to be short staffed. Overall though, great experience! We’ll be back."
