The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. "

"This property was in very close proximity to the cruise terminal. They offered park and stay option with shuttle service to the cruise port as well as back. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough to accommodate six adults. "

Rebecca at the front desk is the best , genuine , concerned that your stay is great, she was always smiling, gave us great tips for dining and things to do, enjoyed chatting with her. "While it wasn’t a bad stay, the stay was strange. Online it’s says you get a restaurant credit of 15 that I did not get. We also didn’t get any of the other things they said either, we did get a water bottle that was useless. I just think for the price they should do what they say. They placed a hold on my account for twice the amount of the room, I understand holds but days later I’m still waiting for that second charge to no longer be pending. "First let me mention the staff. The lady at the front desk was absolutely the best. She wears a lot of hats. Front desk and the coffee and snack area. She makes the place. She was incredible. Location was great. This place is nice. However the parking wasn't great to the entrance and the carpet in the elevators, the hallways and the rugs in our room looked ready to be either replaced or steamed. It was a good bit nasty. Only a portion of the shower head worked. "
