We waited in the lobby by the front desk for half an hour until a worker strolled in holding a bag of Taco Bell lol. We'd been spamming the front desk phone with calls to try to get someone's attention, walked the entire first floor looking for someone, and there was NOBODY. "This is a beautiful Hotel and kept in very good condition overall. The room, bed, air conditioning, bathroom, water pressure, TV, channels, all are very good to excellent. My critiques of the property are that they could offer more choices at night like deserts and things they have a very small expensive selection of some packaged nuts and candies but, no baked goods, ice creams something at night that would be good or tempting. "The room was okay, but the service is bad. there’s not enough wash towel there’s only one provided. The body is empty bottle. We have to pay parking which is ridiculous never heard a hotel charge you for a parking. We called the front desk to ask body wash they told us that we have to go pick it up at the fronts desk that sucks. The toilet was continuously flashing. The tub is clogged. Not happy I would not recommend this place."

"This stat was an absolute disaster. I tried calling the office to change my reservation and come to find out there is no human working the desk. It’s a kiosk with a person on the other side of that screen. So of course no will answer the phone. Second the rooms were filthy. The white sheets stained and covered with lint. The shower rode was holding on by a thread. The floor still had foot prints and dirt from the previous guest. Needless to say we will not stay there again."
