"I stayed very briefly at this hotel, just for one night, but the front desk agent was very sweet and the room was exceptionally clean. I had an amazing night sleep in a very comfortable bed and everything was at my fingertips. I feel like I got a great value for what I paid and I’m glad I stayed here."

"1. Shower pressure was awful. It took forever to rinse off shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 2. A bird was dead outside of the window and so many flies were on top of it. It's too bad that it was highly rated. We relied on the review and booked this hotel. We will stay at a different hotel when we are in Providence again."
