"This is the first time I sleep with a rat running on the floor."

"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

"Breakfast on Friday was over too soon"

"I had asked for my room to be cleaned I came back from a long day an it wasn’t cleaned I was told they forgot … than I received a knock at my door at 9am from house keeping asking if I was still in the room the day I had to check out … I wasn’t sure why they went out the way to knock at 9 am when check outs at 11am but couldn’t clean my room when I had asked but very admitted on checking of if I was still there"

Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new."

"The breakfast was excellent."

"Very nice"

The free breakfast was nice and the egg bites were great. Nice selection and variety for limited space and everything was kept clean and sanitary. Ample seating and welcoming atmosphere. We would've preferred a lock on the bathroom pocket door. It was also heavy and awkward to open & close. Also, the shower did not get hot, only...

"The HVAC unit was really noisy."

"Shuttle service was much appreciated!"

"Jordan at the front desk was amazing and the bar staff very personable. Great breakfast too!"
