It was fresh, tasty, and hot. Sadly, one of the elevators was out of service and so was our ice machine. For such a large hotel, having only one elevator made for long lines. "

The first room had no working light when you entered the room the second room had a bedside lamp with a burnt out bulb. The staff was accomodating when I requested a room change due to the light not working in my room. The room was clean. But, the office chair was unstable. The pool had a broken safety ring floating in it and the floor was dirty. The hotel did not feel cared for. ...
