The property is well maintained however, all except one manager, and my house keeper ( Emma I believe) was attentive and actually cared about the comfortability of the guest. Most of the time if you needed anything from the front desk, you would have to call the front desk, which isnt terribly back, if when they finally did come to help, it was valuable service. The customer service just wasn't in line with paying $3500 dollars every 14 days. Night shift was the worst, the person working couldnt simply keep coffee cups in stock, or keep the coffee machine functioning and ready for the next morning, especially early morning workers like me. I wish it was a better experience as I like the area, and the hotel.
The last straw for me was to be threatened to file a police report against me when i literally was away from the room at home for 5 nights, which means if I can allow my things to occupy a room while they recieve a free $1000 worth of loding, then having to be responsible for a few hundred dollars wasnt an issue. Better problem solving, critical thinking and common sense needs to be applied.
