It looked like an older property that has been getting upgraded. The unit I was in was clean and looked overhauled. I had an inspection to receive my deposit but everything was fine. The wifi is a little odd.

The motel was very close to where we needed to be for our appointment, so very convenient for us. It could have been a nicer property, but it gave us what we needed at a great price. Don't go there if you are looking for something special, but if it is close to where you need to be in Medford, they are good people and it is convenient.

Friendly staff, dated facility

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was dated, and the electrical outlets in the room were not properly grounded on at least two walls. Likely a fault of age more than anything. I am a Firefighter and sleep with a CPAP, so having good electrical is both important and something I seriously keep an eye on everywhere I go. Getting electricians in to update the wiring is expensive, but a fire - or losing insurance coverage - is a lot more expensive.

Not the most quaint environment, but the staff is always nice, friendly and helpful. Typically it's very competitive with rates and that makes it an option for me. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and I am always content.
