"While our room was clean and the staff were excellent, the hotel itself needs to be updated. It felt a bit run down. Although we were on the 14th floor, we could hear street noise quite easily as well."

"I stayed at the hotel over Labor Day weekend. Since most places were closed, I enjoyed the amenities at the property. The heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were especially relaxing after a long road trip to Montreal before my trip back to California. Saboor helped us with our luggage and was very kind. While talking with him, I found out that he lived in the same city where I was born, which was a nice surprise. Naz at the front desk was also extremely helpful and welcoming. She speaks multiple languages, including Punjabi, and it was a pleasant surprise to find someone at the front desk who could speak Punjabi. We had a great conversation in Punjabi, and it made the stay feel much more personal and welcoming. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay and something I’ll remember from the visit. I’ll definitely stay at this property again on future visits."

"We had a good value room for two adults and two teens. It was tight but fine. The hotel is vast but quite efficient and very well located. We enjoyed using the pool. Overall it was a good value place to stay and I liked it."
