"A national rail strike in Italy on the day we were supposed to arrive upended all our plans, resulting in our arriving very late. The hotel accommodated our late arrival so we were able to check in with no problems. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast"

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel...

"Sicuramente posizione ottima, in centro. Posteggio comodo in box privato, non sempre disponibile ma a noi è andata bene e abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con una bella vista e non rumorosa. Bagno pulito e molto comodo. Colazione ottima, personale gentilissimo. Uniche 2 pecche: la mancanza di ascensore, ma avrei dovuto informarmi e leggere la parte dedicata, e la luce del climatizzatore che è molto forte e per chi ama dormire al buio può dare fastidio.
