The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all

Il nostro soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole e in linea con le aspettative. Unico appunto riguarda la moquette nelle stanze, in particolare in quelle pet family: nonostante l’attenzione e la cura nella pulizia, riteniamo che resti una soluzione meno igienica rispetto a un pavimento tradizionale. Per il resto, tutto è stato all’altezza: il cibo era molto buono e il servizio si è distinto per attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Un’esperienza positiva che, con qualche piccolo miglioramento, potrebbe essere ancora più soddisfacente.

Camera ampia e pulita, con una cabina armadio che ci ha fatto molto comodo per parcheggiare anche il passeggino della bimba. 2 porte-finestre grandi che davano su una piccola area esterna arredata privata (non utilizzata per via delle temperature sotto zero) e con vista sul bosco della montagna. Personale tutto molto cordiale, dalla reception, alle pulizie, al ristorante e bar. Menù colazione con l’imbarazzo della scelta, non da meno per pranzo e cena. L’unica piccola critica va per la cipolla della doccia, la quale funzionava parzialmente. Molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, apriamo di tornare presto!

Siamo stati una sola notte l’albergo è molto bello e la camera spaziosa e comoda e molto ben arredata, molto bella anche la SPA unico punto negativo e’ stato il ristorante con una cena con porzioni minuscole e molto care. Consiglio molto l’albergo ma la cena è meglio farla fuori.

La struttura è situata in una posizione ottima per lo sci (100m dagli impianti) ma pessima per tutto il resto. Fatta salva la SPA, non vengono offerti servizi se non sono aperti gli impianti. Il fatto che per raggiungere vere il primo centro abitato occorra 20 minuti di strada (per pochissimi km) avrebbe reso necessario adottare qualche soluzione. La disinformazione regna sovrana. Faccio un es: sul sito c’era scritto un prezzo per la SPA, alla SPA ci hanno informato solamente al momento dell’accesso (già in accappatoio e ciabatte) e la reception non ci aveva detto niente. Inoltre, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare 3 volte l’arrivo del kit SPA facendoci perdere 30’ del percorso. Avevamo esplicitamente richiesto la vasca in camera che c’era ma sprovvista di tappo per riempirla. Alla richiesta di soluzione, si sono presentati 4 volte in camera senza risolvere il problema è sporcando il pavimento sia della camera che del bagno poi non pulito. Il giorno seguente è venuto un tecnico che ha portato il tappo ma ormai troppo tardi per utilizzare la vasca (il soggiorno era per due notti) e sporcando ulteriormente la camera. Alla richiesta di cambio stanza ci è stata fornita un’altra più piccola ma con il medesimo problema. Al termine del soggiorno nè una scusa nè l’offerta di un servizio o qualcosa che ripagasse del disagio. L’assenza di neve e gli impianti chiusi hanno messo la ciliegina sulla torta decretando il pessimo soggiorno per assenza di servizi. No info prima. Pessimi!

La nostra esperienza e’ sempre molto positiva ormai sono 4 anni che torniamo in questo splendito posto, dove tutti ti fanno sentire a casa, dalla receptionist Maddalena, al Barman Vasco, da Vincenzo all’accoglienza, a Franco e tutta la sua squadra al ristorante, dalla mitica guida Graziano e a Mirko vero Capitano! Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht, sodass wir ein kpstenloses Upgrade unseres Zimmers erhalten haben und eine Suite bekommen haben Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und zuvor kommend. Die Organisation lief sehr gut.
