"We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday."

"It was near work that I must travel to on my own dime from 3+ hours away weekly… they were stacking $300 holds on top of the pre-paid stays, and at one point there were $900 in “holds” total , which was ridiculous. Other hotels in the area hold $50, of no more than $100 for incidentals. It took forever (more than 7-10 days) for the holds to release. I’m staying elsewhere."

"Estuve 3 noches, pero me estrese un poco el gym out of order, y pues necesitaba para estirar mi cuerpo despues de varias horas en una convención y afuera lloviendo, fue un poco estresante. Cada dia tenía que bajar a Front desk para que me activarán la llave y el domingo por la tarde me di cuenta que no avisaron que cambiarían los escaner de las llaves y mi puerta no cerraba, no faltaba nada pero viajando sola es estresante. Lo repararon pero es un poco increíble que haya pasado eso. El desayuno muy bien, la lady muy atenta."

"I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for refund I was denied."
