"Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. "This Four Seasons has lovely staff and service and is in a fantastic location. We came to go to Liberty Island, and it was so convenient! The room was lovely, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for 2 kids, including cupcakes, bubble bath, robes, and Four Seasons style local stuffies. The only complaint is the pool. It was cold cold cold, and a hot tub is conspicuously missing. That’s quite a drawback IMO, as our MO when we travel is to spend a lot of time in the hotel and especially in the...
