"Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great hotel from the friendly reception staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Everywhere smells amazing and I would love to know what they wash the towels in because they smelt gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious."

"The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend. If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. "

"Fabulous time. Apartment lovely, bright an spacious. Two large bedrooms with en-suites. One shower unfortunately not working but had a bath and espresso machine certainly on its way out. Other than that was perfect. Easy to walk into main part of town. "
